Ornamental Square Tube

Penn Stainless stocks square ornamental tubing in a number of standard sizes and grades, inducing in 304, 304L and 316/316L. Standard finishes include mill finish and 180 Grit (#4 polish) with availability of 240 Grit, 320 Grit and a #8 mirror finish. Larger square ornamental tubing can be supplied to meet the requirements of larger stainless fabrications thru 24″ square with wall thicknesses in excess of ½”. 30’ sections can be supplied without a girth weld. Nearly any grade of stainless, duplex or nickel alloys can be produced into square structural sections.

Miter Cutting

Miter cutting creates a joint by cutting two pieces at an angle and fitting them together. The cut is made at a precise angle. Penn Stainless Products can miter cut ornamental tubing to your specifications. Please contact a sales representative for more information.

Polishing

Positive Material Identification (PMI)

In some cases, it may be necessary to complete additional positive material identification testing. Penn Stainless Products can complete this testing in house or we can work with an independent laboratory to complete the testing. Please contact us for specific requirements.
